Al Kathiri Holding Co. saw a negotiated deal on its stock today, where about 98,000 shares were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 48.25 per share against an official price of SAR 57.80 for the total value of SAR 4.73 million.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not directly impact the market price.
