Zahrat Al Waha to launch new preform production line worth SAR 14 mln

Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co. signed an agreement with Husky Injection Molding Systems Co. to build a new production line for manufacturing various sizes of preform with accessories at a total value of SAR 14 million.

 

With this new production line, Zahrat Al Waha plans to increase its share of the local plastics market in Saudi Arabia, and to bolster sales to meet demand for exports.

 

The new line is set to increase production capacity by 11.58 percent annually, and will likely be up and running by the end of third quarter 2019.

 

Financial impact will reflect on earnings for the following quarter, the company added.
