Saudi Fisheries postpones general assembly on lack of quorum

Saudi Fisheries Co. (Alasmak) was forced to postpone its general assembly meeting on June 18, 2019 due to lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday. 

 

The company will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement added.
