Saudi Arabia's cabinet has given green light to Energy Minister Khalid Al-Falih to ink two memorandums of understanding with South Korea for automotive industry and hydrogen economy, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Tuesday.
Saudi Arabia and South Korea had earlier signed agreements to cooperate on transportation, investments, and crime-fighting.
Both countries aim to cooperate in fields such as renewable energy and medical services, and have strengthened their ties across a wide range of sectors over the past five years.
