Saudi housing ministry’s Sakani program has completed over 40 residential projects with average prices of SAR 350,000 per unit, Sakani said in its May report.
Reservations hit almost 100 percent in most of those projects.
The program also offered 3,442 free-of-charge land plots in May, allowing beneficiaries to select target land plots among 85 masterplans across the Kingdom.
Meanwhile, a total of 53 projects will be developed in partnership with the private sector to provide 95,000 residential units across the Kingdom, the report added.
The report also said that the project has targeted 68,200 beneficiaries since early 2019.
