Saudi Steel Pipe names chairman, vice-chairman

Saudi Steel Pipe Co.’s board of directors approved on June 10 to appoint Ahmed Al-Debasi as chairman and Carlos Ferreyra as vice-chairman, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

The firm also appointed Mariano Armengol Lamazares as the managing director and CEO, while Mousa Al-Mousa was named as secretary to the board.

 

During an ordinary general assembly on May 7, the audit committee was formed for the new term starting from June 7, 2019 to June 6, 2022, the statement added.
