Yanbu Cement shareholders approve 5% dividend for H2 2018

Yanbu Cement Co.’s shareholders approved on June 10 a 5 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2018, at SAR 0.5 per share, totaling to SAR 78.75 million, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

They also approved the previous disbursement of a similar dividend amount for H1 2018, and delegated the board to distribute cash dividend for FY 2019.

 

Shareholders also approved 2018 board report, financial statements and audit report, and approved to hire Ernst & Young as the external auditors for 2019 and Q1 2020.

 

They also approved Chairman Prince Abdulaziz bin Mishaal Al Saud’s work as chairman of competitor City Cement.
