Dallah Healthcare Co. repurchased 3.74 million of its own shares at an average price of SAR 50.87 each, totaling SAR 190.26 million, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.
The buyback process was completed in one phase during the period between March 4 and May 27, 2019, it added.
In February, the healthcare service provider’s board of directors approved the repurchase of 3.75 million shares - to be retained as treasury shares, Argaam reported.
