1) Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. will deposit on June 10 its FY2018 cash dividend at SAR 1.00 per share, totaling SAR 44 million, in shareholder accounts via Saudi British Bank (SABB).
2) Al-Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co.'s board of directors has reappointed Abdulelah Abdullah Abu Nayyan as a Chairman of the board.
3) Al Ahsa Development Co. (ADC) has extended a binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) to buy out Al Salam Medical Services Co. for 90 days until Aug. 28, 2019.
4) Tourism Enterprise Co.’s (Shams) shareholders will vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2018 during the general assembly meeting that will be held on June 17.
5) Almarai Co. has completed on Monday the acquisition deal of 100 percent stake of Premier Foods LLC., the company said in a bourse statement.
6) Brent crude on Tuesday remained unchanged at $70.11/bbl, while WTI crude increased 55 cents to $59.18/bbl.
