Wafrah postpones general assembly on lack of quorum

Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. was forced to postpone its general assembly meeting on May 23, 2019 due to lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday. 

 

The company will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement added.
