1) Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co. has appointed chief financial officer (CFO), Andy Raheja, as a chief executive officer (CFO) as of June 4, 2019.
2) Saudi Basic Industries Corp.’s (SABIC) board of directors has recommended a 22 percent cash dividend for the first half of 2019, at SAR 2.20 per share, amounting to SAR 6.6 billion.
3) Bawan Co.’s shareholders approved on Wednesday using SAR 88.9 million from statutory reserve to offset accumulated losses.
4) Aljazira Capital has signed an agreement with H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co. Ltd. to rent a warehouse owned by Aljazira Mawten REIT Fund for five years starting from Sept. 1, 2019 until Aug. 31, 2024.
5) Brent crude on Friday gained 93 cents to reach $68.69/bbl, while WTI crude also increased 72 cents to $58.63/bbl.
