Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.
1) The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) will extend the closing auction and trade-at-last sessions to 20 minutes (instead of 10 minutes) on May 28 only.
2) Arabian Centers Co. will start trading today, Wednesday, May 22, 2019 on the Saudi stock exchange, according to a statement on the bourse.
3) The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has delisted Sahara Petrochemical Co.’s shares as of end of Monday, May 20, 2019.
4) Shareholders of Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) on June 17 will vote on withholding dividends for fiscal year 2018.
5) The Saudi International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem) has officially changed its name to Sahara International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem), after completing its merger with Sahara Petrochemicals Company.
6) Brent crude on Wednesday fell 46 cents to reach $71.72/bbl, while WTI crude also declined 11 cents to $62.99/bbl.
