Al Akaria to vote on withholding dividend on June 17

Shareholders of Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) on June 17 will vote on withholding dividends for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.

 

In April, the company’s board of directors decided to withhold dividends due to low retained earnings.
