Almarai elects new board of directors

Saudi dairy producer, Almarai has elected a new board of directors for the three-year term starting from Aug. 7, 2019.
 
Prince Sultan Al Kabeer was reappointed as board chairman, the company said in a statement on Tadawul on Monday.


In addition, the bank elected the members of the audit committee and approved the committee’s terms of reference and member remuneration.
