Taiba Holding shareholders approve amending bylaws

Taiba Holding Co.’s shareholders have approved amending bylaws related to the company’s name during the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on Tuesday.

 

They have also approved amending bylaws related to the company’s objectives and fiscal year, the company said in a bourse statement.
