Al-Khodari to disclose Q1 2019 financials in May

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. expects to issue Q1 2019 financial statements during May, after its posts FY18 financials, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The company was not able to disclose its FY18 figures in time, as the auditing procedures are not done yet, it said.

 

Al-Khodari will announce the related financial impact, if any, in due course.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, the company said last month it expects to issue FY 2018 financial statements by May 20.

 

On April 30, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) placed a trading halt on shares of Abdullah A.M. Al-Khodari Sons Company until the company discloses its fiscal financial statements.
