Al-Omran elects board members for the upcoming term

Al-Omran Industries & Trading Co.’s shareholders have elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on Sept. 19, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Mohamed O. Al-Omran, Naser M. Omran, Abdul Rahman M. Omran, Abdullah A. Al-Ghadeer and Fahd S. Al-Homail .
