Alujain says Q1 2019 financials to be delayed

Alujain Corp. expects financial statements of Q1 2019 to be delayed, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

 

Alujain was unable to publish its financial results on time as the company’s external auditor hasn’t received financial statements of its affiliate NATPET.

 

The company’s shares will be suspended according the market’s listing rules and regulations disclosed on March 25, 2019.
