The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has approved the listing request of the debt instruments issued by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance with a total value of SAR 9.247 billion.
In a separate statement, the Saudi bourse said that it has also approved listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance with a total value of SAR 2.372 billion as follows:
- Increase in issuance 5-01-2019 (Tadawul code: 5275) by SAR 768 million to reach a total of SAR 2.768 billion.
- Increase in issuance 10-04-2018 (Tadawul code: 5267) by SAR 918 million to reach a total of SAR 2.043 billion.
- Increase in issuance 15-03-2019 (Tadawul code: 5279) by SAR 686 million to reach a total of SAR 4.366 billion.
Listing and trading the government debt instruments shall commence starting from Sunday April 28, 2019.
