Fitaihi reappoints Ahmed Fitaihi as chairman

Fitaihi Holding Group’s board of directors has renamed Ahmed Hassan Fitaihi as board chairman for the upcoming three-year term starting April 22, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board has also named Ibrahim Al Madhoun as deputy chairman for the same term.

 

Meanwhile, the company’s board has elected members of the nomination & remuneration committee, investment committee, risk management committee and audit committee.
