Amana Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will on May 14 elect board directors for the next three-year term starting as of May 16, 2019, the insurer said in a bourse filing.
They will also approve paying board bonuses at SAR 1.28 million for FY18.
Shareholders will endorse the board of directors’ report, an audit report and all financial statements for 2018.
They will also discharge board members from liability associated with their activities in 2018, and select an external auditor for 2019 and Q1 2020, the statement added.
