Jadwa REIT Saudi plans dividend for Q1 2019

Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund will pay a 1.8 percent cash dividend for the first quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.18 per unit, amounting to SAR 28.44 million, the fund manager, Jadwa Investment Co., said in a bourse statement.

 

 The dividend represents 1.63 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of March 31, 2019, the fund manager added.
