Petrochem names Chairman, Vice Chairman

National Petrochemical Co. (Petrochem) has appointed Hamad Saud Alsayari as the Chairman of the board of directors, the petrochemicals producer said in a bourse filing.

 

Suliman Mohammad Al-Mandeel was also named as a Vice Chairman of the board, while Abdurrahman Saleh Alismail was appointed as a managing director.

 

The board also formed the executive committee, nomination and numeration committee, and governance committee. Additionally, a board secretary as well as the company’s representatives at the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and the Capital Market Authority (CMA) were also named.
