Halwani names Yamani as chairman as Al Rowaitea resigns

Halwani Bros. Co.’s board of directors has named Abdulaziz Yamani as board chairman effective from April 3, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board has also named Abdullah Al Howaish as deputy chairman effective from the same date.

 

The step came following the resignation of Abdul Rahman Al Rowaitea, the company’s former chairman, for personal reasons.
