Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) has started to provide customer service via WhatsApp number 0560101100, the telecom firm said in a statement.
For the first time in the Kingdom, customers will be able to contact Mobily’s customer care via WhatsApp, which would facilitate sending videos, files and photos supporting their inquiries.
The smart solution makes it easier for customers to contact their service provider especially when they’re travelling abroad.
“Through WhatsApp, one of the most used applications in the world, Mobily will be able to digitally communicate with the customers and save their time,” Ismail Al-Ghamdy, Mobily’s chief executive for customer care, said.
Mobily has fully nationalized its customer service centers, and is providing customer care through additional channels including Facebook and Twitter.
