City Cement invites shareholders for board membership

City Cement Co. has invited its shareholders to run for the membership of its board of directors for the new three-year term starting on June 19, 2019, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.

 

Nominees can apply for the board’s membership at the company’s headquarters or via email from April 1 until May 2, according to the Capital Market authority’s (CMA) rules and regulations, it added.
