Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.
1) The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has placed a one-day trading halt on shares of Saudi Real Estate Co., Abdullah A.M. Al-Khodari Sons Co., Alujain Corp, Bonyan REIT Fund, Taleem REIT Fund, as well as the Nomu-listed Arab Sea Information System Co. and National Building and Marketing Co..
2) Alinma Tokio Marine Co. (ATMC) renewed a general insurance agreement with Abdul Latif Jameel (ALJ).
3) Derayah REIT Fund will pay a 1.87 percent cash dividend for the first quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.187 per unit, amounting to SAR 20.06 million, the fund manager, Derayah Capital, said in a bourse statement.
4) Saudi International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem) named Abdullah Saif Al-Saadoon as its new chief executive officer (CEO), effective immediately on April 1.
5) The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) deposited on Monday Arab National Bank’s (ANB) bonus shares after capital hike into investors’ accounts, it said in a bourse statement.
6) Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co.’s (SPMC) board of directors formed a committee to study restructuring the company’s capital through available options.
7) National Glass Co. (Zoujaj) will resume operations at the halted lines in Riyadh plant starting from Monday, April 1, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.
8) Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al-Akaria) was not able to disclose financial statements for fiscal year 2018 on time.
9) Saudi Aramco has set up a global medium-term note program and will conduct a series of fixed income investor meetings started yesterday.
10) Brent crude on Tuesday gained 11 cents to reach $69.12/bbl, while WTI crude rose 14 cents to $61.73/bbl.
