Aldrees to deposit proceeds from fractional shares today

Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. has sold 12,955 fractional shares on March 25, 2019 at SAR 27.9 per share for a total of SAR 361,444, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on April 4, 2019, the statement added.

 

Last month, the company’s general assembly approved a 20 percent capital hike to SAR 600 million from SAR 500 million through bonus shares, Argaam reported.
