Aldrees to pay FY 2018 dividend on April 2

Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018 on April 2, 2019.

Shareholders of record on March 18, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

Last month, the company’s general assembly approved a 10 percent cash dividend at SAR 1 per share for the fiscal year 2018, according to data compiled by Argaam.
