Raydan Restaurants to elect board members on April 21

Raydan Restaurants and Cuisines Co.’s shareholders are set to elect board members for the upcoming three-year term during the general assembly meeting that will be held on April 21, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

They will also vote on electing members of the audit committee for the same term starting on April 2019.
