Ash-Sharqiyah Development extends MoU with Omar Saleh Babuker

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. has extended a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Omar Saleh Babuker until Q2 2019, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul today.

 

The MoU was signed in April 2018 to acquire two income-generating properties in Riyadh, as well as the Babuker supermarket chain, Argaam reported earlier.

 

In October, the deal was extended until Q1 2019.
