Tabuk Cement inks contract to export clinkers to Yemen

Tabuk Cement Co. on Wednesday has signed a contract with Golden Oil Co. to export 500,000 ton of clinker to Yemen, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The contract’s term begins from the signing date and continues until the end of 2019.

 

The financial impact of the agreement will be reflected on the company’s financials starting from Q2 2019, the statement added.

 

No related parties are involved in the deal.
