Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), will launch its second entertainment hub in Riyadh, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Monday.
The new facility will be built on a total area of nearly 135,000 square meters in Al-Rabwa district, with easy access to Riyadh metro project.
The complex will include various recreational facilities, restaurants and cafes, open spaces for events, sports and live shows, as well as cinema halls.
The new hub followed SEVEN’s previously-announced plan to open its first entertainment complex in the Saudi capital in December 2018.
