Jadwa REIT Saudi posts SAR 68 mln profit in FY18

Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund reported a net profit of SAR 67.5 million for fiscal year 2018, fund manager Jadwa Investment Co. said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

The full-year revenue stood at SAR 117.6 million, while expenses and fees totaled SAR 14.2 million.

 

Net asset value (NAV) – based on fair value – reached SAR 1.57 billion, or SAR 11.03 per unit, with the number of total units amounting to 158 million units.

 

The yield for the same period was 6.54 percent.

 

Funds from operations amounted to SAR 103.3 million, the statement added.
