Riyad REIT Fund will pay a 2.84 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2018, at SAR 0.28 per unit, amounting to SAR 48.08 million, fund manager Riyad Capital said in a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 2.84 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of Dec. 31, 2018, the fund manager added.
