The Saudi Ministry of Communications and Telecommunication has signed two memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with a major Indian telecom firm to exchange expertise and develop digital skills in the Kingdom, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) has reported.
Under these MoUs, a strategic partnership will be set up to develop telecommunication as well as information technology services, expand the existing ones, and help bolster the digitalized local content.
The mutual agreement will help provide thousands of job opportunities and training courses, in line with the Saudization program in the industry and the talent development programs in the Kingdom.
The MoUs were signed during the visit of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to India.
