Thimar fined SAR 20,000 on market violations

The Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi market regulator, has imposed a fine of SAR 20,000 on National Agricultural Marketing Co (Thimar) due to violating the market regulations.

 

The company disclosed inaccurate data on Tadawul on Nov. 21, 2018 as regards its ordinary general meeting.
