Passenger satisfaction at Saudi airports rise to 73%

Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Madinah airports saw passengers satisfaction rate increase to 73 percent in January from 72 percent in the previous month, a survey screening the satisfaction of 600,000 travelers conducted by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) showed.

 

Satisfaction rate on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh reached 73 percent, while the rate declined for Jeddah’s King Abdulaziz International Airport to 59 percent.

 

Dammam’s King Fahad International Airport saw travelers’ satisfaction rate rise to 76 percent, while the rate remained unchanged at 77 percent for Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah.
