United Cooperative’s board director resigns

United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) announced that board director, Saleh Al Omair resigned on Jan. 27 due to personal reasons. The resignation is effective as of Feb. 4.

 

Al Omair joined the board on Dec. 14, 2018, the insurer said in a bourse filing.
