The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) received today a letter from Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) renewing its health insurance contract for another year starting from March 1, the insurer said in a statement on Tadawul.
The value of health insurance deal, which was not disclosed, accounts for 5 percent of Tawuniya’s total annual premiums for fiscal year 2017 (the latest audited annual statement), the firm said.
The deal’s financial impact is expected to show on 2019 results, the statement said.
The contract has no related parties, it added.
