Taiba Holding acquires SAR 210 mln land in Medina

Taiba Holding Co. has acquired a 986 square meters land plot in Medina for a price of SAR 210 million paid in full from the company’s resources, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The land will be used in future real estate projects, the statement added.

 

The transaction will be reflected on the property, plants and equipment line item on Taiba’s financials for Q1 2019.

 

No related parties are involved in the deal, the real estate developer added.
