Fitaihi Holding Group has sold SAR 1.84 million worth of goods to the International Medical Center, in cash and without any special terms, the group said in a statement to Tadawul.
The International Medical Center is a related party, as Fitaihi Holding owns a 19.34 percent stake in it.
Fitaihi Holding expected the deal’s financial impact to show on its results for Q1 2019.
The deal is still subject to shareholders’ approval in the nest general assembly meeting.
Fitaihi Holding has wo representatives in the board of directors of the International Medical Center; Mohammed Ahmed Hasan Fitaihi and Maha Ahmed Hassan Fitaihi.
