AlAbdullatif renames Suliman AlAbdullatif as board chairman

AlAbdullatif Industrial Investment Co.’s board of directors has reappointed Suliman AlAbdullatif as board chairman for the new three-year term started on Jan. 23, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board has also renamed Abdullaziz Dulijan as deputy chairman and Abdullatif Omar Al Abdullatif as managing director.

 

Meanwhile, the board has also elected members of its committees.
