SGS names managing director, acting CEO after CEO resigns

Saudi Ground Services Co.’s board of directors has accepted the resignation of the company’s chief executive, Omar Najjar, which was submitted for personal reasons effective from Jan. 16, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board has also named the board member, Attyan Al Hazmi, as acting CEO and managing director effective from Jan. 17, 2019 until the end of the current term.
