Saudi Arabia's Wafi program licensed 106 projects in 2018, the program’s data showed.
A total of 24 projects are completed, 37 projects are ongoing, 42 projects are in the pipeline and there are three stalled projects.

Riyadh accounted for 33 of these projects, while Jeddah and Dammam claimed 24 and 11 respectively.

In April, Wafi program issued eight licenses to sell and promote off-plan units, in addition to 12 licenses to market projects in and outside the Kingdom, Argaam reported.
Wafi is an electronic platform launched by the housing ministry.
