Budget Saudi’s EGM approves amending bylaws

United International Transportation Co. Ltd. (Budget Saudi) extraordinary general assembly approved adding a new article to the company’s bylaws related to buying, selling and mortgaging the company’s own shares, it said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders also approved amending bylaws related to powers of the board, chairman, deputy chairman, managing director and chief executive officer.

Meanwhile, they also approved amending bylaws related to general assembly’s invitations, committee’s reports, financial documents, dividend distributions, dividend record date and stage dividend.
