Saudi Chemical’s EGM approves amending bylaws

Saudi Chemical Co.’s extraordinary general assembly approved amending bylaws related to board remunerations and dividend distributions, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved amending bylaws related to general assembly’s invitations, financial documents and committees’ reports.
