Nama Chemicals Co.'s board of directors has submitted its resignation today, Jan. 7, the company said in a bourse statement.
Chairman of the board, Saud Al Gosibi, and Vice Chairman Adnan Al-Nuaim also resigned.
These resignations are subject to the approval of the company's upcoming ordinary general meeting.
Major shareholders recently submitted a request for holding a general assembly meeting to vote on dismissing the existing board of directors and electing a new one, Argaam reported.
