Saudi expat remittances down 18% in November

Remittance outflows by expatriates in Saudi Arabia declined by 18 percent year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 9.9 billion in November, data issued by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) showed.

 

Compared to October, expat remittances decreased by 16 percent, or around SAR 1.83 billion.
