GO plans to disclose FY17 financials in three months

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) expects to disclose its annual financial results for the period ending on  March 31, 2019 within three months, the company said in a bourse statement on Monday.

 

"Financials will be disclosed by March 31, 2019 maximum; the delay is driven by mergers and acquisitions talks in addition to any related procedures," the statement said.

 

The financial impact that might arise from delaying the financial statements cannot be defined at present, the telecom operator added.

 

In November, the telecom operator said it was unable to reveal its preliminary financial statements for the six-month period ending on Sep. 30, 2018.
